Club Coaching

We have 2 opportunities to prepare for the season with a Inter-club match on 19 Apr and
friendly matches on 26 Apr.  All players should try and get some real practise in before starting the season,
with outdoor training starting 14 Apr.

Outdoor sessions will be more structered in 2008 focusing on middle practise,
fielding and tactical scenario's for all sides.

 
Coaching Advice

All players are encouraged to research the wonderful game and how they can help themselves develop.

registration is free and easy.

 
Senior Coach - Pat Legge

2008 will be my second year as the Senior Coach for Devizes CC.  As a ECB Level 2 and
ABSAT coach, I hope to assist Devizes CC regain their rightful position in the
top end of West of England cricket over the coming seasons.

Having coached at National, Military and Civilian clubs, I hope my expierence combined
with my qualifications with develop all players of the club.   

 So, as Senior Coach what do I want from you? 

Concentration, Determination, Common Sense, Commitment and a sense of Humour. 

2008 needs hard work, let's not rely on luck.
